On this page you will find a list of slang words, acronyms and abbreviations used in websites, chat rooms, blogs, Internet forums or text messaging with cell phones.
There are many such words in use, some are more widely understood than others, and new ones are evolving all the time. This list is large but incomplete; however it should contain the more commonly used slang words and abbreviations.

LBB = little black box (slang for a webtv set-box unit)
LIFER = lazy incompetent f***er evading responsibility
LJBF = let's just be friends
LLTA = lots and lots of thunderous/thundering applause
LMAO = laughing my ass off
LMAOROTF = laughing my ass off rolling on the floor
LMC = lost my connection
LMCOA = lost my connection once again
LMFAO = laughing my f***ing ass off
LMTFA = leave me the f*** alone
LMWIS = lick me where i sweat
LOTR = lord of the rings (a tolkien work)
LOA = list of acronyms/abbreviations
LOHICA = look out, here it comes again (military term)
LOI = lack of interest
